When a claim requires legal representation, it is handled by a licensed attorney.

Our services and fees

We provide recovery services only under a separate written agreement that you review and sign. That agreement explains our fee, what we will do and your rights, and it controls if anything on this website is different.

Our fee is a percentage of the funds recovered. If no funds are recovered, you owe us nothing. Your exact fee is shown in your agreement before you sign.

Your right to file yourself

You are not required to use our services. You may be able to file a claim for surplus funds directly with the court or county holding the funds, without paying a fee to anyone.

No guarantee of results

Whether funds can be recovered, how much, and how long it takes depend on the facts of each case, applicable law, deadlines, liens, other claimants and decisions by courts and county offices. We cannot guarantee any outcome, amount or timeline.
